New passport application arrangements

With effect from 17th August 2009 UK passport applications from customers living in Estonia will be provided by British Passport Processing Centre in Düsseldorf which is part of the British Consulate General in Düsseldorf, Germany. Please consult the FAQs page for more detailed information.
